Our Services

Six services, one licensed team, and the same phone number at every hour of the day. Here's what each one covers and when you'd need it.
If Water Is Moving Right Now
Stop reading and call (602) 884-5325. We answer 24 hours a day and are on-site within an hour anywhere in the Valley. Everything below can wait until after the water stops.

Emergency Response
Emergency Flood Cleanup — Burst supply lines, failed water heaters, appliance floods, monsoon roof intrusion, slab leaks. Truck-mounted extraction, structural drying, and documentation for your claim. On-site within an hour, 24/7.
Sewage Cleanup — Toilet overflows, floor drain backups, main line failures. This is Category 3 water, which means containment, protective equipment, regulated disposal, and sanitizing rather than mopping. Never a DIY job.
Restoration and Rebuild
Water Damage Restoration — This is the one that separates us. Most companies dry your house and hand you a contractor list. We dry it, then rebuild it — drywall, texture, paint, flooring, cabinets — with the same licensed crew and one insurance file that covers the whole job. From the night it floods to the last cabinet door.
Specialty Services
Mold Testing & Remediation — Independent lab testing, sealed containment, HEPA filtration, and removal that follows protocol. We find the moisture source and fix it, because remediation without that is a repeat job. If testing comes back clean, we tell you so.
Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration — Board-up, firefighting water extraction, soot cleaning matched to residue type, odor treatment, contents handling, and full rebuild. The water is usually the bigger loss, which is why a water restoration company is the right call after a fire.

Commercial
Commercial Water Damage — Office suites, retail, restaurants, warehouses, multifamily, medical, schools. After-hours and overnight crews, containment that lets the building keep operating, COIs on request, and documentation your carrier and ownership can both work from.
Commercial Mold Remediation — Rooftop unit condensate failures, slow riser leaks, monsoon parapet intrusion. Containment in occupied buildings, third-party clearance testing, and a documentation package that holds up when a tenant's attorney asks for it.
Not Sure Which One You Need?
Most people call us describing a symptom, not a service. A smell in the guest bath. A soft spot in the floor. A stain on the ceiling that wasn't there in May. That's fine — sorting out what's actually happening is our job, not yours.
Call and describe what you're seeing. If it's water, we'll tell you what category and how fast it needs to move. If it's mold, we'll tell you whether it needs testing or just a fan. And if it's nothing, we'll tell you that too and you'll owe us nothing.
Common Questions
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The walkthrough and the written estimate are free, and it's the same estimate your insurance company receives — one document, not a customer version and a carrier version.
Can one company really handle both the cleanup and the rebuild?
That's the model. We're licensed for both (AZ ROC 324471 and ROC 324468) and IICRC certified for the mitigation side, so one crew and one scope covers extraction through finish carpentry.
What if I have more than one problem at once?
Common — sewage backups cause mold, fires cause water damage, slow leaks cause both. Overlapping damage is scoped as a single job with one estimate rather than separate invoices you have to reconcile.
Do you work on commercial and residential?
Both, with different crews and scheduling for each. Commercial work runs after hours as a default rather than a premium.
How fast can you get here?
On-site within an hour, anywhere in the greater Phoenix Valley, any hour of any day.
What areas do you cover?
The whole Valley and greater Maricopa County. See the full service area.
