What "Within an Hour" Actually Means
It means crews and equipment staged across the Valley rather than run out of one central warehouse.
When you call, dispatch starts while you're still describing the problem. The crew nearest your address is the crew that rolls, with extraction equipment already loaded. On a Tuesday at 2 p.m. that usually means well under an hour. During a monsoon night when half the Valley is calling at once, an hour is the promise we hold ourselves to.
If something is going to make us late, you get a phone call with a real time — not a dispatcher saying "soon."

Phoenix houses fail in patterns, and knowing the pattern by neighborhood saves hours on a job.
Homes built before 1995 across large parts of the Valley were plumbed with polybutylene, which turns brittle and lets go without warning. Older central Phoenix and Mesa neighborhoods — Encanto, Coronado, parts of central Scottsdale — still have original cast iron or clay sewer laterals that corrode, crack, and invite ficus and mesquite roots. Newer East Valley subdivisions have slab-routed copper that pinholes. And every part of the Valley shares two seasonal problems: AC condensate lines that clog and overflow through ceilings in June, and monsoon storms that drive water through roof penetrations and west-facing window seams in August.

What if you're already on other calls during a storm?
Monsoon nights are our busiest stretch and we staff for them. If a genuine delay is unavoidable you'll get a call with a real time, plus what to do in the meantime to limit the damage.
Do you handle jobs outside Maricopa County?
Commercial losses, sometimes, depending on scope and distance. Residential emergencies, generally not — we won't promise an hour we can't deliver.
